Turn into my subconscious and lean into forward momentum, making sure to have a positive mental attitude. Practice the skill of asking and caring about others before sharing about myself ! I have enough self confidence ,This trip is a healing renewal, Try to embrace my well-tried experiences, and stoic enthusiasm, Trust my own instincts, to a safely navigation and focus in having self control and a strong mental balance. Use this trip as a mental and spiritual adventure and enjoy the sense of freedom. Believe all things of the heart are possible . Life has not disappoint you yet

my magical mystery tour has started off with the unexpected. I fell in my studio on Friday and landed on the corner of my desk on my lower right side. Had tons of stuff to do which I continued to take care of. First blessing my sister called and said get your self to the emergency room. Second it was an Athens and there was hardly anybody there so I was in and out within about three hours. Third blessing there was no damage to my kidneys. Blessing didn’t break a rib. Just have a fracture. Fourth blessing I got some muscle relaxers. Let’s move on Saturday packing and getting ready to go so I’m leaving on Sunday corresponding with my host.. Come to find out there’s no secure parking where I’m staying that’s a concern. Then I ask about walking to the restaurant close by? The host always recommends that you go in pairs well I’m a single. Then when I go to bed, I check my email again and he’s canceled my reservation. So guess I need to find another place or rethink my trip plans. Sunday morning and I find myself deciding that I’m going to drive straight through 10 1/2 hours. Am I crazy? Oh dear, how we make lemonade out of lemons. And find in our life to accept all the unexpected. Satisfaction in the knowing I can handle what comes.

looking for myself. To love somebody is to loss yourself but when you love yourself you gain yourself. Today was a day up against the wall of feelings. I didn’t want to feel, couldn’t control the feelings, all wrapped up in other things that happened that had nothing to do with it, or did it. Giving control to another, big mistake. Keep working keep creating keep on.

It is 17 degrees Fahrenheit, which is about -8 Celsius ,with snow on the ground in Ohio and I am painting summer scenes. Go figure, like all seasons . Think it is an oppositional reflection not a contradiction in visual terms.

Had to re-work it numerous times. Had it wrong ftom the start. Now my new obsession is painting reflective metals. Ouch. The outcomes not the point, working is. So grateful for where I live, rural America

Love the weather , outdoors every day. Swimming, walking,  kayaking at the lake. Tonight especially nice.  We always pull the boats to the shore and take a swim. We paddled back into the setting sun. Surrounded by gigantic trees. Entertained by a giant heron fishing and eating along the shore. 

Jon always takes his dog Susie and she rides on the front of his boat. Tonight she fell in and took a nose full…

When we got back I jumped in a hot shower an noticed…
